every now and then our bodies twitch. the muscle in my left arm between my shoulder and elbow was just twitchin. its ok. earlier i went to my car to make a business call to honda, whom i hung up on cause i didnt want to wait on hold. not the point. the point is i locked the door got out then realized i left my keys in them... ill have to call sara to rescue me later on. back to my project. send satisfaction surveys every nth closed ticket. but don't send to the same caller twice.  ¶ 4/15/2003 03:38:00 PM
