  A Golden Time
Just a couple of quick reminder for all of you people who haven't been paying attention to the tremendous offseason the Atlanta Falcons and their owner Mr Arthur Blank are about to put on which will include signing Warren Sapp and Terrell Owens (if not, some people very formatable) but the all owner changes that have already happened and began to happen with less than two weeks in the season to go when Rich McKay was brought on board. I've told you about Rich, the new GM and I've told you about Jim, the new coach... but take a load of these key new people who are on board.

Rich McKay General Manager from Tampa Bay
Tim Ruskell Assistant General Manager from Tampa Bay
Jim Mora Head Coach from San Francisco
Greg Knapp Offensive Coordinator from San Francisco
Ed Donatell Defensive Coordinator from Green Bay
Alex Gibbs Offensive Line Coach from Denver Broncos

Alex Gibbs, the longtime Denver Broncos offensive line coach who established the blocking schemes behind one of the league's best and most consistent running attacks, has reached agreement to join the Atlanta Falcons as their offensive line coach, ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported Sunday.

Donatell, 46, was the Packers' coordinator for the past four seasons. He was fired last week, just days after the team's loss at Philadelphia in the divisional round. Donatell is a 14-year veteran, serving on staffs with the New York Jets (1990-94) and Denver Broncos (1995-99), before being named the Green Bay coordinator in 2000.

This staff is insane!! The Falcons organization is awesome. Watch out next year.
