wait for the woman to get home, drive two miles, park.. walk a mile across the golf course.. arrive in the performing arts center. missed the opener. got to a spot, settled. Here Comes Sunshine opener. some other songs i dont really remember. El Paso.. i cant recall much else from the first set. took a bathroom break in the ladies room cause the guys room was way slow or something. that was funny. the second set was sweet. china cat > i forget > i know u rider. the rider was great and this is when i was really enjoying the show. it was its crossing point for me. then they did drums. drums was great. in my mind the best jam of the night. then out of nowhere a bass jam developed. i was zoned out at the time and spaced out for a minute. i looked up at the monitor and didnt think much of the two bass players. i sat there for a second to try and grasp what i was seeing. looked up again and it really wasnt an imagination. that was gordon. mikey G. u have to listen to this jam, im not going to even try and explain but.. a whole knew appreciation for joan. she really does have a great voice. i dont care what anyone says about bobs, phils, or even mickeys singing it was all fine by me. i truly enjoyed it. the singing, the playing.. the whole experience. magnolia set finisher. then we bid you goodnight encore, sorry dont remember the whole setlist, im sure you will see it.... great show
