Oh forgot to say-- We are getting a new road today... Isn't that exciting?

  Bike Ride
So heres my recap of yesterdays activities.
Left work around quarter after five, of course many more things to do but have to know when to say when, got on the bike road down to Yaddo, saw Sararina driving the opposite direction, stopped at Yaddo, then rode out to Saratoga Lake. I had planned to ride around the lake, but upon riding out to the lake was quite satisfied with just riding to the lake, gotta build up to go around it. Got some water and went back. That was about a 10-12 mile bike ride. Excellent. Get home, Sara says, "Its 98 degrees lets go swimming". We drove out to Lake Desolation and jumped in, it was nice... Then after that we came back into town, made some pizza and watched Mission Impossible. I fell asleep, it was the first time since I can remember that I was asleep before midnight. So now, here I am, ready to go... Let's rock it.

Upon further discovery looks to be a 10 mile round trip

The Prevalence of Borrelia burgdorferi in White-Footed Mice, Peromyscus leucopus, and Deer Ticks, Ixodes scapularis, at Pine Lake in West Davenport, New York.
SARA BICKER, Department of Biology, Hartwick College, NY 13820.
Lyme disease is a zoonosis, an inadvertent infection of humans with an animal pathogen, and is the most common arthropod vector-borne disease in the United States. The pathogen, Borrelia burgdorferi, is transmitted from ticks to humans during blood meals. Little is known about the presence or existence of the Lyme disease spirochete and its arthropod vector, Ixodes scapularis, at Pine Lake in West Davenport, New York. The objective of this research was to determine the infection rate of deer ticks and their most competent host, white-footed mice, with the Lyme disease causative bacteria. Ticks and blood samples were collected from white-footed mice, Peromyscus leucopus trapped at Pine Lake. Host seeking ticks were quested by dragging vegetation. To analyze the presence of the B. burgdorferi spirochete in ticks and animal sera, direct immunofluorescence microscopy and ELISA were used respectively. Lyme disease is a growing concern to the general public, especially to those people who are active outside during the summer and fall months. Many students, faculty, and staff use Pine Lake, and should be informed of possible health risks, such as Lyme disease. Faculty supervisor: Dr. Mary Allen.

wait for the woman to get home, drive two miles, park.. walk a mile across the golf course.. arrive in the performing arts center. missed the opener. got to a spot, settled. Here Comes Sunshine opener. some other songs i dont really remember. El Paso.. i cant recall much else from the first set. took a bathroom break in the ladies room cause the guys room was way slow or something. that was funny. the second set was sweet. china cat > i forget > i know u rider. the rider was great and this is when i was really enjoying the show. it was its crossing point for me. then they did drums. drums was great. in my mind the best jam of the night. then out of nowhere a bass jam developed. i was zoned out at the time and spaced out for a minute. i looked up at the monitor and didnt think much of the two bass players. i sat there for a second to try and grasp what i was seeing. looked up again and it really wasnt an imagination. that was gordon. mikey G. u have to listen to this jam, im not going to even try and explain but.. a whole knew appreciation for joan. she really does have a great voice. i dont care what anyone says about bobs, phils, or even mickeys singing it was all fine by me. i truly enjoyed it. the singing, the playing.. the whole experience. magnolia set finisher. then we bid you goodnight encore, sorry dont remember the whole setlist, im sure you will see it.... great show

I keep saying if you build it they will come... well the shit is built... where are they?

Gotta keep this mid day entry short as I am stacked with work. So why do I even bother posting at all? Well, I use it mostly as a release from the day to day busyness thats constantly circling my head.. So I got two months free digital cable, dv recorder, and showtime hooked up this morning.. thats cool, need to find out how much it is after two months.. I don't see wanting it after two months but it would be good to know. Umm, we got this coffee set up here that we are trying out for a couple days I guess. It's called coffee pause, and basically you select the blend you want put it in and it pumps out a cup of coffee for you.. Kinda neat, but not necessary... Getting ready to go to Indiana tomorrow. That's the plan. Okay, I'm bouncing, gotta get busting...

Are you familiar with the imagery of two stretched out hands reaching for something, trying to pull it in... using every last breath of energy to outstretch to reach something unobtainable but yet you still reach out, attempting to reach further and further and further? Like hanging from a cliff by your finger nails and forcing one arm up to try and reach the ledge from which you'd like to pull yourself up onto. Like separating your shoulder on purpose to try and squeeze through a crevass a normal unbroken body could not possibly fit through... But yet you still try and in fact bend rules of nature to still try.. Reach reach reach... Well thats kinda how I feel this morning about the past weekend.. It wasn't a spectacular weekend or anything but I'd like to go back to it. I can't possibly... all I can do is wait til the next one.. which will come.. it will...

  Turtle Wax
Damn it... so I bought some Turtle Wax a few minutes ago (in my mind)... and it turns out it's really not made of turtles. No turtles at all were used to create this product.. or something yaddi yaddi like that. Well let me tell you. I am flippin pissed. I have never been so upset in my life before. This is the total crap. So anyway... I'm pissed. I want a refund. I want my money back... (mentally of course).. I bought that shit on the sole reason that it was made of turtles.. Why exactly, I do not know. Then the cashier who wasn't very friendly to be honest with you, didn't help. She just told me how much, and I gave it to her. Like a crack baby who needs a fix. So what if I don't know turtle wax isn't made of turtles.. Did you?.. She just makes me pay my hard earned money and that was it. Transaction over. I don't know about you, but turtle wax is a big portion of my check.. Okay anyway.. Not really... but I wanted a topic to rant about this was it... then I started looking to make sure turtle wax wasn't really made of turtles... I found a redneck who said it was because of turtle poaching.. "The business has grown into a full-scare worldwide crime ring. Though you don't know it, chances are, part of the very chair you're sitting in has some form of turtle product in it. Turtle wax? You better believe that's got turtle in it. It's not called turtle wax for nothing, people. This is America, we don't do unnecessary things." whatever that means... but that could lead me into a whole other conversation I don't think you are quite ready for... But for now, I have to leave... uhh.. So i went to make sure, I asked Sara.. and she basically laughed in my face.. I knew they weren't made of turtles.. but I had to ask her. She is the expert here...

  IT
I used to think the wall appeared around 4 o'clock. You know. The brick wall that appears in front of you and for me between my eyes and this screen. The wall that causes my motivation to drop, my body to flop, and my brain to get easily sidetracked.. I used to think this wall only appeared around 4 or later past 4 closer to 5, but I now admit to myself that this wall does not appear around 4 all the time, sometimes it appears around 3, or even 2:30.. Today I think the wall appeared around 11.. .But i'm pushing through as I always do, try not to get my feet stuck too deeply into this mudd.. I get things done, I even had a few moments of brilliancy a few moments ago, don't exaclty remember what it was now, but hey.. that's ok... So here I am.. around 2:30, pushing pushing pushing, easily distracted, my body feels all weird from the working out I did yesterday. I'm addicted to and sick of jolly ranchers and the boys are doing the national anthem tonight at the basketball game.. so cool.. Check out their IT site that went live yesterday phish.IT cool shit...

What I failed to mention last night was anything regarding the fun bike ride I had just taken. I streamed down into Congress Park, bounced around a couple East side streets, high tailed it down to almost as far as Saratoga Honda then U-turned it around back into town... Cruisin.. It was a great night time ride, but I got all worked up and couldn't sleep til 2. Oh well... So it goes.

okay, thats what i thought.. no one else.. i guess it is time to just start ranting and bitching, calling people names all to excite something.. some sort of response.. positive, negative.. it doesn't matter any more.. we have idiots fighting peace.. HOw do you fight peace? I don't get it.. What.. does peace have something so horrible against you that you want to just destroy it. Destroy PEACE? How can this be done? some one please explain to me, el hombre, how this can be done? I just don't get it. Hey you. you are peaceful, so i want to kill you? blow you up? destroy your homes, etc etc.. i'll try not to be too graphic cause i know the kids are watching.. i saw them. they are always watching. kids, you have to watch kids. next thing you know they are big and making decisions and blowing people up, fighting against peace. well, i really only have one thing.. well, one thing i can say on tv... one thing to say to that... u need to fucking chill out. no more fighting peace. its stupid... yeah, man.. totally.. what a prick

And now for the back smack... Of course Honda doesn't recieve my last payment, cause according to them, I entered a wrong number through their site, so now they want me to money gram the shit to them.. What a hassle trying to pay these people this has become. The guys on the phone telling me what to do and I'm like, "that sounds hard"... He didn't have to be a dick and say... "yeah, it's hard to pay your bills".. what the fuck does that mean? I have no problem paying my bills, its not my fault the computers are stupid, or the auto pay bullshit I tried to setup didn't work... These companies should really make paying your bills the easiest thing to do ever, instead they make it all difficult.. Man.. what a crock..

I payed 4 cents for a cup of coffee this morning. Why? How? It was a buck 6, and I got change and 4 dollars back. I just don't feel like being honest today. Coffee should only cost 4 cents anyway. What a totally rocking weekend! More to come later....
