Our Help Desk has won the Lotus Advisor Excellence Award!
Help Desk for FAA NexGen Initiative | Eden
Eden Help Desk gave the Federal Aviation Administration a robust,
Lotus-based collaborative tool that can handle a high volume of Help
Desk calls and the administration's internal IT requirements.
Some of you long time twobs fans may remember me writing about this project as it was going on, sometime during the summer. July, I believe.
Lotus Advisor Excellence Awards celebrate superior achievements with Lotus Software, including Lotus Notes, Lotus Domino, Lotus Instant Messaging (Sametime), Lotus Enterprise Integration, Lotus Domino.Doc, and more.
The Advisor Team asked he Lotus community, to determine which projects where using IBM Lotus Software to improve business processes, control costs, improve customer service, expand business opportunities, or otherwise benefit the users and organizations with which they work.
The projects were evaluated based on the following criteria:
-Appropriateness of the solution to the problem
-Innovative use of Lotus software
-Quantifiable business benefit
-Development creativity and ingenuity
